Our founders

David TRICOT is part of the forefront of HSE training engineering in Europe. With Mahesh Rathod from BeLocal Consulting in Mumbai, David hopes to save lives and improve HSE processes in today's and tomorrow's India.

Our story

Back in 2007, David was initially just one man with a laptop and a desire to make people understand HSE better, and make more informed choices in their daily life. Quickly, what was meant to be a side project grew into a viable business with a handful of consultants : AXONE. At first, Lilo's main focus was the improvement of safety training, but slowly the team grew and was able to focus more on projects requiring HSE expertise.

Now, AXONE is working together with esteemed brand names to make sense of the mountains of global safety rules and regulations available worldwide to us in the HSE sphere.
